چکیده
Organic integrated circuits are undergoing rapid development with the extensive research on organic semiconducting materials and performance improvement of field-effect transistors. not only cover all major circuit types, their complexity, degree integration, have also been improved in recent years. In this review, advances design fabrication based transistors reported. The categorized into digital analog, which discussed detail centering structure, process, performance. addition, progress modeling simulation as well, they key issues for future electronics.
